For assistance in dealing with complaints and/or grievance issues, please call the Administration office. ...Be informed about the outcomes of your care, treatment and services that have been provided, including unanticipated outcomes. ...Refuse to take part in research. In deciding whether or not to participate, you have the right to a full explanation, including alternatives. ...Every consideration of privacy, confidentiality and security concerning your medical care program. ...Examine and receive an explanation of the bill regardless of the source of payment. ...A clear explanation of your continuing healthcare needs and requirements before discharge and transfer.
